Update 2.30pm - new server is built. restore from daily backup in progress
Update 3.00pm - 26 domains are restored and working again the rest are continuing to restore
Update 3.20pm - 28 domains are restored and working. The remaining handful of sites are huge so will take longer to restore but all bar 3 sites are back on line
Today a client hosting on server 808 required a php version not available on a modern Linux Operating System. We agreed to install Cloudlinux on this server to allow this client to use older PHP. We've installed Cloudlinux on hundreds of servers over the years and this in our view was a low risk task.
Unfortunately the server operating system has become corrupt and our senior technicians are unable to get it back on line. All data is secure thou
