We are aware of a network outage earlier today that affected a segment of our data centre. The issue itself was resolved in just 2 minutes once our network admins reached the facility.
The delay in restoration was caused by the need for a staff member to travel from our main data centre site to our disaster recovery facility, which is 1.5 miles away. Severe weather and fallen trees unfortunately slowed that journey.
A full Reason for Outage (RFO) will be produced by the network team early next week. This will be available upon request for all affected clients.
