Due to our annual Christmas and New Year staffing rota, we will be operating with reduced staffing levels from Friday 19 December to Monday 5 January inclusive.
During this period, the following will apply:
No new dedicated servers will be provisioned
Orders for new dedicated servers will be paused and will resume as normal from Tuesday 6 January.
Virtual Machines and Shared Web Hosting remain available
VM and Shared Web Hosting services can continue to be deployed as normal, as all required hardware is already in place.
No network changes will be carried out
Planned network changes and non urgent network work will be deferred until normal staffing levels resume.
Time consuming tasks will be paused
This includes activities such as server migrations and other complex operational work. These tasks require senior technical staff, who may not be readily available during the reduced staffing period.
Routine support continues as normal
Live chat and helpdesk support will operate as normal and will be staffed by our local team for 14 hours each weekday, from 8am to 10pm UK time, and from 8am to 8pm UK time on weekends. Outside these reduced hours, our remote support teams will remain available to assist.
Emergency cover remains unchanged
Our emergency and critical incident response will continue to be provided as normal throughout the period.
We recommend placing any dedicated server orders or migration requests in advance of Friday 19 December to avoid delays.
